Emergency Medicine Summer Camp

At this summer camp, participants get to see and experience all the different areas of emergency medicine

"As much as anything, it's inside exposure they can't get anywhere else," says Housh. "They experience training like that of surgeons who come through the center. They're surrounded by friends and colleagues with a similar interest in emergency medicine. It's an amazing experience for them. And it's an inspiration to those of us who can experience it with them. To see the light that goes on in their eyes as they're making medical discoveries and determinations is truly inspirational. That's what it's all about."
