Near-Miss and LODD Online Reporting Tool

To address a lack of EMS data, the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians, with the Center for Leadership, Innovation and Research in EMS, has launched a new online system for EMS practitioners to anonymously report near-miss and line-of-duty death incidents. The E.V.E.N.T. system collects and aggregates data which can be analyzed and used in developing EMS policies, procedures and training. The system is accessible at www.emseventreport.org.
