Central Ave. Phoenix 85004 Sign in begins 3:30pm. Forum is free and open to the public. Created in partnership with the Arizona Mental Health & Criminal Justice Coalition and the Arizona State University Center for Applied Behavioral Health Policy. Parking is available in ASU Visitor lots where credit cards may be used. There is also a public lot on the northeast corner of N. Central and E. Fillmore which requires $5 cash and has no time limit
