Suspected Drunk Driver Crashes into Ambulance in Texas
June 18--A suspected drunken driver slammed into an ambulance early Tuesday morning in southwest Houston, injuring two paramedics.
The collision occurred about 12:40 a.m. in the 12300 block of Bellaire near Cook, according to the Houston Police Department.
Police said the driver of a Chevrolet Suburban was traveling westbound on Bellaire when he ran a red light and smashed into a Houston Fire Department ambulance that was traveling southbound on Cook. The ambulance toppled over onto its...
