The world was rocked last week by a 3-day terror spree that resulted in 172 deaths and at least 200 injuries in Mumbai, India. The attack was reportedly aimed at Westerners, and the dead included six Americans as well as nationals of Germany, Canada, Israel, Britain, Italy, Mexico, Japan, China, Thailand, Australia, Singapore and Mexico.

Panel Releases Review of Maryland Medevac Program
The critique was requested by officials Maryland Institute for Emergency Medical Services Systems (MIEMSS) following the Sept. 28 crash of a Maryland State Police helicopter that left 4 dead. The lone survivor, who was released from R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center last week, asked that officials take the necessary steps to make the helicopters safer.
