Man Hit By Ambulance in S.C. Dies
Greenville police are investigating a crash involving an ambulance and a pedestrian.
GREENVILLE, S.C. --
A Greenville man hit by an ambulance has died.
The coroner said Oscar Whitner died Saturday at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Police said the crash happened Friday night on Mills Avenue, near Edgewood.
Investigators said it appeared that Whitner was crossing the street near Greenville Memorial Hospital when he was hit.
Whitner was 44-years-old.
