Video Diary: EMS Memorial Ride Enters DC

EMS Magazine Publisher Scott Cravens provides video updates from along the route of the 2009 EMS Memorial Bike Ride.

In the latest update, we get the riders' view as they head through part of Maryland and enter D.C.

In an earlier clip, Scott shares scenes from the ride, including their arrival in Georgetown, Delaware on Day 3 of the Ride, May 18, as they head from New York City to Roanoke, Virginia to attend the National EMS Memorial Service.

Scott also shares video from a ceremony held in Dover, Delaware Monday evening. Responders gathered for the event before heading to the Georgetown EMS station for a barbecue.

The ceremony recognized fallen paramedics, and included a special remembrance of local Sussex paramedic Stephanie Callaway.
