California Woman Killed in Crash with Ambulance
Emergency crews were assisting a disabled vehicle when the Nissan pickup the victim was riding in crashed into the back of the ambulance.

Paramedics and emergency crews were assisting a disabled vehicle when the Nissan pickup the victim was riding in crashed into the back of the ambulance, investigators said.
The pickup flipped over and burned, trapping the woman in the front passenger seat. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials said the truck's driver was only slightly injured. A man in the back seat of the pickup suffered major injuries.
The ambulance was not transporting any patients at the time of the crash and the paramedics were not injured, authorities said.
