Two Teens Believed Missing in Icy N.J. Lake
Residents heard shouts for help coming from Budd Lake.
The search for two teens in a frozen New Jersey lake continued Tuesday morning.
Crews from Mount Olive responded to Budd Lake about 6:20 p.m. after residents heard shouts for help, according to the Daily Record.
Two residents went into the lake in a boat, but didn't find anyone.
A state police helicopter illuminated the scene as crews donned gear and went into the frigid water, breaking through the ice.
The search was called off about 9 p.m., and resumed Tuesday morning.
