"You have to be prepared for anything: the drastic versus the non-drastic, trauma versus the non-trauma. And then you have to be prepared on primary assessments and secondary assessments how you're going to treat your victim or your patient. And then if that is a completed suicide, how do you turn your focus 100% to the family members."
