The award-winning portable notebook designer/manufacturer developed the DURABOOK MT10 mobile clinical assistant for healthcare professionals, who work in highly mobile environments that require rugged devices.
Based on Intel's mobile clinical assistant reference architecture developed with feedback from clinicians worldwide, the Durabook MT10 helps healthcare professionals on the front lines of care enhance workflow, productivity and operational efficiency in order to help reduce costs, improve clinical decision-making and quality of care, and increase patient safety.
The fully-rugged Durabook MT10 is perfect for mobile, fast-paced healthcare environments. The versatile military-standard MCA can withstand a drop from four feet and functions in humidity levels as high as 90 percent and as low as 10 percent. The Durabook MT10 is fully-sealed and resistant to alcohol (80 percent or less), bleach, iodine and common hospital disinfectants. The Durabook MT10 operates in temperatures between 5º C and 35º C and can be stored in temperatures between -20º C and 60º C.
The Durabook MT10 comes equipped with 4 wire resistive touch-screen capability that can be manually enabled or disabled in seconds, anti-glare glass, and palm rejection functionality. The MT10 MCA supports both Windows Vista® Business Edition and Windows Vista® XP Tablet PC Edition and includes an Intel® ULV processor U2100.
The Durabook MT10 includes a dual hot-swappable battery with up to 5 hours of battery time. Built-in stereo microphone array and 2-mega pixel webcam support the MT10's truly interactive functionality. The Durabook MT10 package includes a docking station, an RFID reader and an optional integrated barcode scanner.
The Durabook MT10 MCA measures 270mm (W) X 256mm (D) X 35.3mm (H) and weighs only 3.3 lbs (1.5 kg).
