Healthcare Emergency Preparedness Certificate (HEPC) Program Starts January 2013
HEPC program is designed for any personnel who have roles in hospital and healthcare emergency preparedness planning, response and recovery
Staring January 7, 2013, Strategic Emergency Training (SET) at the Butler County Community College (BC3) will be offering the Healthcare Emergency Preparedness Certificate (HEPC) program once again.
The program is an (almost completely) online program with 10 modules lasting a little over nine months. Information will soon be available online.
The HEPC program is designed for any personnel who have roles in hospital and healthcare emergency preparedness planning, response and recovery; those who have roles in municipal or general emergency preparedness or public safety; and for anyone who has an interest in this field of study.
Faculty for the program come from various healthcare, public safety and emergency management backgrounds from across the United States and are well versed and educated in their areas of expertise.
