The new Kussmaul Auto Charge 7 LPC 445-4290-5 is a 7 amp battery charger with a selector switch for two charging modes—float only or 3-step charging. The charger is lightweight and has a low profile. The clean output poses no interference with radios and other mobile devices. The lead acid gel cell switch selects optimum charge/float voltages on battery type. This charger’s current limiting prevents damage from overload while the load activated cooling fan allows continuous operation at full-rated output. A heavy duty stainless steel case meets the rigors of emergency vehicle use.
The new BATTERY SAVER LOW RIPPLE HO, Model 091-195-12, introduced by Kussmaul Electronics is a 20 amp, LOW RIPPLE power supply with a load transfer relay. The relay automatically switches the load from the battery to the power supply when the A.C. line is applied. This unit is ideal for powering a computer or MDT, it provides a low ripple regulated output and an anti-glitch feature, which protects from losing power and causing a computer or sensitive electronics to reboot.
