Our new concepts and designs, increase ease and ergonomics of use throughout our product line, starting with the CTS-1.

Our CTS-1 system now comes complete with our coated "foundation board." The CTS-1 now allows rescuers to utilize our system for virtually any need. The CTS-1 will carry 350 pounds of equipment just as easily as it assists in packaging a patient requiring rapid evacuation to treatment. As you can see we've added a folding heavy duty stabilizer stand to provide rescuers with a level elevated platform to improve access for critical patient care treatments and procedures.

Our foundation board pins securely to the CTS-1 frame, ready to use in seconds. Slip in the foundation board, secure with two provided steel retention pins, and you’re ready to roll.

All Casualty Transports Systems are designed and manufactured in the U.S. Casualty Transport Systems are made of heavy gauge aluminum finished in durable and attractive electrostatic powdercoat.
