  • Diane Vick is the founder and CEO of Fidelis Billing. She has 20+ years of experience in the business of ambulance billing and has served as a lead project consultant for numerous municipal cities and counties and a number of large private sector organizations. Diane currently serves on the American Ambulance Association’s Reimbursement Task Force and the International Association of Fire Chiefs EMS Section’s Research and Development committee. Since founding Fidelis in 1996, Diane continues to be responsible for corporate management and planning, maintenance of client relationships and general organizational leadership. She holds an MBA from Clarion College and a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.
