The Department of Clinical Health Professions at Jefferson College of Health Sciences is accepting applications for a clinical preceptor/instructor for its Emergency Services program. This position plans, implements, and evaluates student experiences in the hospital setting; serves as ES program representative to hospital clinical departments; and educates students in all aspects of emergency services. Bachelor’s degree required; master’s and doctoral-prepared candidates will receive preference.
- Have a list of questions and think about the order in which you'll ask them. Interviews should flow naturally and logically.
- Begin with informal pleasantries and offer refreshments. This will help put the candidate at ease.
- Pay attention to candidates' nonverbal communication: body position, eye contact, facial expressions, thought before answering, etc.
