Using Data to Drive EMS Performance: Brian LaCroix

The buzzword in EMS operations these days is “data,” but how do you transform these mountains of data into useful, actionable information that will lead to system improvements? Have you considered asking your patients what they think of their experience with your agency? Join Brian LaCroix, President, EMS Chief (Ret.) of the high-performing Allina Health EMS system, as he explains best practices for patient surveys as well as how to assess data to improve clinical performance, financial health, operations, and community relationships. This webinar will help you measure what matters, act on what you learn, and help you tell your agency’s story.
