Flight Nurse
Nyssa is a flight nurse for AirLife 1 in central Georgia. Her background is in Emergency Nursing as a staff nurse, charge nurse and as the department-based educator for a Level 1 Trauma Center and academic research hospital. She is a Clinical Instructor for Wesleyan College School of Nursing and the creator and co-host of a podcast for emergency nurses. Called “The Q Word Podcast” as in we never say we are having a nice, "quiet" shift, the podcast focuses on tips, trends and taboos of emergency nursing.
