Speakers

John Pinkster, BSM, CCEMT-P, I/C
John Pinkster is the Director of South Operations for Michigan's Life EMS Ambulance and is responsible for overseeing all facets of daily service delivery in Kalamazoo, Allegan, and Van Buren Counties. John is a Michigan-licensed instructor coordinator and critical care paramedic with more than 21 years of prehospital experience in urban, rural, and hospital-based settings. He has received extensive training specific to hazardous-materials responses for EMS. John has a special place in his heart for delivering prehospital care to children with special needs and appreciates nearly anything to do with the outdoors, whether camping, backpacking, biking, or simply taking a hike through the woods.


Steve Frisbie
Steve Frisbie serves as the Vice President of Emergent Health Partners–LifeCare Ambulance in Battle Creek and southwest Michigan. Steve began his career at LifeCare in 1984 as a paramedic and has been an integral part of its growth. LifeCare has grown from serving only the city of Battle Creek to a service area that currently includes more than 1,400 square miles of southwest Michigan, operating in seven counties. Steve also is an elected Calhoun County Commissioner serving in his fifth term and this term serving as chair. He served as a volunteer firefighter/EMT for Colon and Pennfield Township. 


 
Trish May
Trish May is the Operations Manager at Tri-Hospital EMS, overseeing day-to-day operations that include staffing, vehicle maintenance, supplies, recruitment and retention, dispatch, and assisted transportation service. Trish began her career in EMS in 1992 as an EMT, then as a EMT Specialist in 1994 and instructor in 1997. Trish has been involved in two hurricane relief deployments. Her biggest and best accomplishments are her children, and she is blessed with three kids who keep her motivated to be a better human being every day.

was great we do same here after bad call we have a sit down and see if we did all we could or maybe something we could do better as a team
