What Matters Most to EMS Crews? A Roundtable Discussion

Summary
Simply getting the right message to the right care team in the right amount of time is an incredibly convoluted process. Despite the EMS industry's many advances in clinical guidelines, understanding of conditions, and medical device technology, one area has barely evolved: the way we communicate. As a result, we're still patching together archaic and disparate systems that lead to miscommunication. These miscommunications cause frustrations among care providers, cause hundreds of thousands of medical errors every year, and ultimately cost the U.S. billions of dollars. In this webinar, we will learn how one department is changing this paradigm. During a roundtable discussion, experts will share their personal stories about breaking down communication silos in EMS, and how doing so can improve everything from first responder mental wellness and resilience to patient outcomes.
